Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Service Update (30th March 2020)
Updated 30/3/20
Service Update:
As designated key-workers providing an essential service to the communications industry we remain partially open.
To protect our staff and to comply with the Government guidelines for social distancing, we have introduced several protective measures These include:
Our offices are closed to the public
Our offices are only open to delivery drivers by prior appointment (local procedures are in place to ensure social distancing and ‘no contact’ deliveries’
A full risk assessment will be carried by our staff over the phone, prior to any service call being accepted
Our service engineer will provide an on-site risk assessment and explain our method of work prior to entering the premises
We will only accept card payment unless other arrangements have been made at the time of requesting our attendance
We are still receiving requests for emergency service calls only. These include prioritising:
Reinstating TV or communication to the elderly and vulnerable
Multiple dwelling TV signal repairs for Local Authorities, Housing Associations & Managing Agents/Representatives
Multiple dwelling security system repairs for Local Authorities, Housing Associations & Managing Agents/Representatives
Homes providing home schooling/working
A full risk assessment is carried out prior to us accepting and attending any service call. If there is any doubt the risk assessment criteria cannot be adhered to, we unfortunately cannot attend
Our engineer and administration cover is limited to the absolute minimum, so please be patient with our response
Please stay safe and at all times comply with the Government recommendations
Contact us at sales@southernantennae.co.uk and we will telephone you back asap
